How do I book a tour package?
You can contact Bhagvati Tours by phone or WhatsApp. Our travel experts will discuss your requirements, share the itinerary and quotation, and guide you through the booking process.
Can the package be customized?
Yes! Most of our tour packages can be customized according to your preferences, including destinations, hotels, number of days, sightseeing, transportation, and budget.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 30-60 days in advance for domestic tours and 60-90 days or more for international tours, especially during peak seasons. Early booking gives you better options for flights, hotels, and visa processing.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made 60-30 days before the trip start date: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. - Cancellations made 30 days before the trip start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. - Cancellations made within 0-30 days before the trip start date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
